Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

United States: 7–14 business days via standard shipping.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 may incur a small shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and contact your local carrier first. If the issue persists, email us and we will investigate and help resolve it.
